Here is a few a few suggestions of some of the ways to make your money last. Some of them are commen sense, but it is best to be disiplined.
1. Stick to singles on the main tips. These are the most profitable. The speciality bets win bigger, but lose more often.
2. I advise:- low betting- No bet or quarter your bet, medium betting- half your bet, and your normal stake with good weather and going.
3. Always take best odds, all selections. Look at the different bookies to get the higher odds. This makes a big difference.
4. Only bet Each Way when the odds are over 5/1ish.
5. Perhaps put on a small each way accumulator, if you fancy all the selections strongly.

7. I do not encourage points betting, only you know what you can afford.
8. Do not get too drunk and bet, the two do not mix well.
This is a rough guide only, you ultimately make the decision, but you should see your money last longer, or make profit. The horse racing is to be enjoyed, and not spoilt by not feeling sure as to what you are betting or how much you are betting. You will lose sometimes, and we should always try to limit stakes on a day with bad weather, and big fields.
